DHA mandates 6-month internship and exam from March 1, 2026

The Dubai Health Authority revised its dental licensing framework effective 1 March 2026. All applicants must now complete a six-month supervised internship, pass the DHA licensing exam, and undergo periodic audits for compliance. Indian BDS graduates targeting UAE practice should apply through the DHA portal, complete credential verification, fulfill the internship, sit for the exam, and maintain audit documentation.
