DentalSync AI (“DentalSync”, “we”, “us”) helps internationally-trained dental graduates find jobs and navigate licensing pathways. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DentalSync you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Profile information you enter — your name, credentials, experience, education, skills, target countries, and any documents you upload.
• Application activity — the jobs you apply to and the resumes you generate.
• Usage signals — searches, filters, and dwell signals we use to rank and personalise the jobs we show you.
• Account & device data — sign-in details, and basic technical data such as browser and approximate location, to keep your account secure.

How we use your information

• To match you with relevant jobs and licensing guidance and to power features like the AI Resume Builder.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including reducing bugs and improving search ranking.
• To communicate with you about your account, applications, and (if you opt in) our weekly digest.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. Where we share insights with verified employers and educators, we share only aggregate, anonymised analytics — never data that identifies you without your action (such as submitting an application to that employer).

Cookies

• Essential cookies keep you signed in. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies help us improve search ranking and fix bugs.
• Advertising cookies are off by default. You can toggle them under Settings › Data & AI training › Advertising.

Your choices & rights

You can view, edit, download, or delete your data at any time from Settings › Data & AI training. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
