These terms govern your use of DentalSync AI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may use DentalSync for your own personal career purposes only. You may not scrape the platform, run automated access, or recruit on behalf of third parties without a signed Partner agreement.

Job listings & sponsorship claims

Job listings are sourced from employers and third-party APIs. We make a best effort to verify visa-sponsorship and other claims, but we do not guarantee them. Always confirm details directly with the employer before making decisions.

Licensing & career guidance

Pathway guides, cost estimates, exam dates, and licensing information are provided for general guidance and can change. They are not legal, immigration, or professional-registration advice. Verify requirements with the relevant dental council or regulator.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Content you generate (such as resumes) is yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.

Payments & refunds

Paid plans are one-time passes for 30 or 365 days and never renew automatically. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are collected by Rapidontics Labs Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 09AAPCR4754E1ZZ), which operates DentalSync AI.
