Refund & Cancellation Policy

DentalSync AI is run by Rapidontics Labs Pvt. Ltd. This page explains how payments, refunds and cancellations work for DentalSync Premium, employer plans and advertising.
Plans are one-time passes
- DentalSync Premium (₹199 for 30 days or ₹1,499 for 365 days) and the employer Contacts (₹999) and Featured (₹2,499) plans are one-time payments for a fixed period.
- Nothing renews automatically and your card or UPI is never charged again without you choosing to pay. We email you a few days before a plan ends.
- Because nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends on its end date. Renewing early adds the new period to your current end date.
- All prices exclude 18% GST, which is shown at checkout and on your GST invoice.
Refunds on plans
- Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount of that payment.
- If a paid feature doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, we refund you whenever you report it.
- A ₹99 single-applicant unlock is used the moment the contact details are shown, so it isn’t refundable unless those details turn out to be invalid.
Advertising
- Every ad is reviewed before it runs. If we decline your ad, you get a full refund.
- You can cancel before your ad starts for a full refund. Once it has started, the days already run aren’t refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email rapidonticslabs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63877 57585 with your invoice number (or the email you paid with). Refunds are made through Razorpay to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–7 working days of approval.
