CDSCO releases 2026 dental drug approvals list

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation has authorized a new list of dental-specific agents for use in India, including next-generation local anesthetics for operative pain control, novel antibiotics targeting oral infections, and antivirals for prophylaxis in immunocompromised patients. Dosages follow individual product monographs under CDSCO guidelines.
