Vertex Technique: Novel Microsurgical Papilla Reconstruction

The Vertex Technique (VT) combines tunneling, connective tissue grafting, and bone grafting to reconstruct interdental papillae in patients with Papilla Presence Index (PPI) 3 and 4 defects and a thick gingival phenotype in the aesthetic zone. This case report demonstrates improved papilla fill and esthetic outcomes, offering a minimally invasive protocol for periodontists.
