Modified Piston Technique with Calcium Silicate Sealer for Immature Necrotic Mandibular Second Molar

A case report presents a novel obturation strategy combining a piston technique with a calcium silicate‑based sealer to treat an immature necrotic mandibular second molar. The approach achieves a superior apical seal, promotes periapical healing, and offers a viable alternative for endodontic management of immature teeth.
