The role We're looking for another associate dentist because one of our dentists is moving on. The good news for you is that you'll be stepping into an established patient base with an almost full appointment book from the start. You won't spend months trying to build a patient base or wondering whether your chair will be full. You'll walk into a busy practice with patients ready to see you. We're looking for someone with at least two years of private practice experience — someone who's comfortable practising independently, enjoys building relationships with patients and still wants to keep learning. This role comes with a sliding scale commission, so you're rewarded for the work you put in. How we work Although you'll have your own patients and clinical autonomy, you'll never feel like you're on your own. If you want to discuss a treatment plan, ask for another opinion or chat through a difficult case, our doors are always open. That's just how we work — we've found the best ideas usually come from talking things through together. We also invest in your development directly. You'll have access to recommended CPD course placements plus ongoing online learning resources, so growing your clinical skills isn't something you have to chase down on your own. Our practice is equipped with digital scanners, CEREC, CBCT, rotary endodontics and implant equipment, so you'll have everything you need to provide modern, comprehensive care. More importantly, you'll be working alongside good people. We're a close-knit team without much hierarchy. Everyone pitches in when things get busy, everyone treats each other with respect and nobody is too important to lend a hand. Life outside the practice We work four days a week. No weekends. No after-hours emergency roster. We all enjoy dentistry, but we also think it's important to enjoy life outside the practice — whether that's more time with family, getting outdoors or just not spending every evening dreading tomorrow's on-call phone.
