Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: October, November and December sporadic dates · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Orthodontics - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist Number of Hygienists: 1 · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 Days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
