Associate Dentist | Fully Private Independent Practice Location: Devon Earning Potential: £100,000–£130,000 per annum OTE Working Days: 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) Remuneration: 50% private fee split Elev8 Search Group is working in partnership with an established, fully private independent dental practice in Devon, to recruit an Associate Dentist. This is an opportunity to join a growing, six-surgery practice offering excellent earning potential, genuine clinical freedom and the opportunity to build your own private patient list, with significant support already in place. The practice is currently receiving more patient enquiries than it can accommodate, with prospective patients being turned away due to capacity. Combined with dedicated in-house marketing support, this provides an excellent foundation for an incoming Dentist to develop a successful private list. The Opportunity This is a 3 day per week (will consider more), fully private position offering a 50% fee split and no cap on potential earnings. The practice has a strong track record of private revenue generation. The advertised earning potential of £100,000–£130,000 per annum is an estimate rather than a guaranteed income. Actual earnings will depend on clinical activity, patient demand and the development of the successful candidate's list. You'll be joining an experienced and supportive clinical team, with the freedom to manage your appointments and deliver high-quality, patient-centred dentistry. Who We're Looking For We're keen to speak with GDC registered Dentists who are passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and developing long-term relationships with their patients. The practice is open to both experienced Dentists and those earlier in their careers who are looking to develop their clinical skills in a fully private environment. Previous private practice experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The most important qualities are a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to excellent patient care.
