Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthodontic examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage malocclusions, dentofacial irregularities, and related orthodontic conditions. Assist in the placement, adjustment, and monitoring of fixed and removable orthodontic appliances. Monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and appliance care. Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide multidisciplinary care. Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols. Participate in continuous learning, clinical discussions, and departmental activities. Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care. Required Qualifications MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics from a recognized institution. Valid Dental Council registration (or eligibility to obtain registration as per applicable regulations). Strong understanding of orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and biomechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Good clinical judgment and attention to detail. Strong patient counseling and relationship-building skills. Professional attitude with a commitment to quality care. Basic knowledge of digital orthodontics.
