Your Role as Lead Dental Nurse Support the Practice Manager and clinicians in the day-to-day running of the practice Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team Ensure compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient care Drive a positive, high-performing team culture What We’re Looking For GDC Registered Dental Nurse Previous experience in a senior or lead role (or ready to step up!)
