Associate Dentist – Part-Time Dainty Dental Care Position Overview Dainty Dental Care is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused, and clinically competent Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work during our key extended-hours sessions, helping us meet the needs of our growing patient base while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences. Working Hours The position requires availability for the following shifts: Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions. Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care. Develop and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. Work collaboratively with dental assistants, reception staff, and other clinicians. Adhere to all clinical, infection control, and regulatory standards. Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through excellent communication and patient care. Essential Requirements Current registration as a Dentist with AHPRA. Current professional indemnity insurance. Strong clinical skills in general dentistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. High standards of professionalism, ethics, and clinical governance. Desirable Attributes Experience in a private dental practice setting. Confidence in managing emergency dental presentations.
