We expect to comfortably support another associate. About you We're looking for a driven, decisive clinician who wants a substantial appointment book and understands their role in building one. Although we see some cosmetic and orthodontic enquiries and consults, there's real opportunity for an open-minded dentist to grow further by nurturing their everyday and emergency visits over time. We'll coach you towards our proven system for building patient trust and lifting case acceptance, so you can do dentistry that's fulfilling, productive and engaging. There is clear room to grow your earnings as your confidence develops. If surgery and implants are already part of your skill set, there's a genuine growth path here. You'll have the backing of an organised team, plus internal referrals from our other dentists to help you build your implant and third molar surgery cases with us. For the right, engaged clinician, there is real scope to lead this side of the practice over time. What you'll bring Confident general restorative dentistry and crowns Comfort managing multi-unit and same-day indirect dentistry where clinically appropriate A pragmatic approach towards upskilling in molar endodontics — this will help build your books. The initiative to lead patient conversations, present with authority, and guide patients to a decision Genuine openness to coaching on communication, efficiency and case flow Clear aligner therapy This is central to how we deliver conservative, cosmetic dentistry, and one of our biggest practice builders — so it's an expectation of every associate here, not an add-on. You will have completed or enrolled in a comprehensive orthodontic CPD program. We're a Diamond Invisalign provider which means you get excellent discounts. Integrate our methods and you can expect to build a substantial Invisalign caseload within months. Environment & support Structured onboarding, regular clinical and non-clinical feedback, and full digital systems — CEREC, CBCT, DSLR and integrated surgical/endo units. This suits clinicians who back themselves, take initiative, and have an appetite for personal and professional growth.
