All training, support and mentoring will be provided to the successful applicant. We operate a flexible roster to support work life balance and encourage continuing education. As a recent graduate you should be able to perform general restorative dentistry, minor oral surgery and simple endodontic treatments routinely and have a keen interest in expanding your knowledge base and experience in complex restorative and implant dentistry. You would be working closely with our hygiene department for diagnostics and under the supervision of our principal dentist for complex treatment planning and communication. While in the long term it is envisioned that you will be able to perform complex procedures, you will be able to progress at your own pace from the strong base you have acquired through your training and experience to date. Our dentist owned group practice has two locations on the Gold Coast with the opportunity to work in one or both locations.
