Principal Dentist Opportunity | Busy Gold Coast Practice | $300k–$400k+ Potential Breeze Dental is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Dentist to lead clinical care in our busy, modern practice in Helensvale on the Gold Coast. This is a rare opportunity for a dentist who wants more than a standard associate role. We are looking for someone who can work independently, build strong patient relationships, provide comprehensive treatment planning, and become a long-term key clinician within the practice. Our practice is well-established, privately owned, and equipped with modern technology including: CBCT Intraoral scanner Intraoral camera DSLR photography Dentsply X-Smart Pro endo motor A-dec chairs EXACT practice management software Newly renovated surgeries with ceiling-mounted TVs Busy appointment books and strong patient demand About the role We are seeking a dentist who is confident across most areas of general dentistry and comfortable managing patients comprehensively from diagnosis through to treatment planning and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in one or more of the following: Implant dentistry Orthodontics or aligner therapy Complex restorative dentistry Comprehensive treatment planning Full-mouth diagnosis and staged treatment plans Surgical, endodontic or cosmetic dentistry You will be supported by an established team, modern facilities and busy books, while having the autonomy to operate as the main clinician/principal dentist within the practice. What we are offering 40% commission, with higher commission negotiable for the right candidate Minimum 4 days per week Busy books with strong earning potential Expected take-home income around $300,000–$400,000+ per year from commission only , depending on experience, clinical scope and productivity Long-term role with genuine stability Future incentive, profit-share or equity pathway may be considered for the right candidate Opportunity to lead and grow within a privately owned practice About you You will be: Experienced, confident and clinically independent Able to commit to at least 4 days per week Strong in communication and patient trust-building Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans Competent across most areas of general dentistry Long-term minded and interested in growing with the practice Ideally experienced in implants, orthodontics, aligners, surgical dentistry or complex restorative care This role would suit a dentist who wants the autonomy and income potential of a principal-style position without needing to immediately buy or start a practice from scratch.
