Required Cosmetic Clinician - Female Dentists Only At Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Job Description Responsible for co-ordinating with the cosmetic clients, the doctors & the clinic therapist. Their primary role is to ensure clients have a flawless clinic experience and contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring they get highest standards of service. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Aesthetic Clinicians co-ordinate with the clinic clients and perform aesthetic procedures. 2. They handle incoming telephone calls, emails and messages. 3. Counsel and educate client regarding the procedures done at the clinic. 4. They co-ordinate with doctors and therapist to ensure smooth internal functioning and client experience. 5. They document client records. 6. Liaison with other operational departments like pharmacy and marketing. 7. Handle customer grievance. Key Skills We are looking for individuals willing to work in a cosmetic clinic set-up. Good Interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite and fluency in english is preferred. Basic Computer skills, majorly for communicating with clients & basic office software like excel, powerpoint. Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum Requirement : B.D.S. / M.B.B.S. degree Work Experience : Experience in Aesthetic Medicine is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification : BDS(General Dentist) Gender : Female Experience : 1-3 years Key Skills : Experience in Aesthetic Medicine is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
