Job Description We are looking at hiring Dentists with - clinically sound, hands on knowledge, smart in communication, fast learner, with basic computer knowledge and an independent practitioner. Desired Candidate Profile: BDS or MDS can apply. (With Kannada Speaking) Experience: Only Experienced Candidates Apply. Job Types: Full Time Employment. (Probation – 3 to 6 months Based on Experience) Timings: 10.30 am – 7.30 pm, Monday to Saturday, Sunday holiday. Qualification: BDS/MDS. Salary Offered: Depending on Experience and Skill. Time to Join: Immediate/15 Days/30 days. Job role: 1. Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. 2. Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans. 3. Performing dental procedures, such as administer local anaesthetics; examine teeth, gums, and related issues using dental instruments, x- rays, and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate dental health 4. Should have adequate practical exposure and be able to perform the following tasks excellently and independently: a) Tooth extractions b) Restorations c) Scaling, polishing d) Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, RPDs e) RCT f) Dental X-rays g) Diagnose and treat diseases of gum problems and other periodontal diseases h) Diagnose and treat diseases of the teeth and gums in children i) Must be able to manage basic procedures and fix appointment with consultants j) Educating patients by giving oral hygiene & postoperative instructions k) Assist senior dentist duri communication, tooth extraction
