GDC updates CPD requirements for dentists

The General Dental Council (GDC) has updated its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for dentists, effective from 2026. Dentists must complete 100 hours of CPD every five years, with a minimum of 10 hours in each year. The GDC will monitor compliance and may take disciplinary action if dentists fail to meet the requirements.
