The UAE does not have a single national dental license. Four regulators each license dentists for their own jurisdiction: the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for Dubai, the Department of Health (DOH) for Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) for the Northern Emirates, and the Sharjah Health Authority (SHA) for Sharjah.
