Autologous dentin grafts outperform heterologous bone in maxillary atrophy

A split-mouth study found that autologous dentin-derived grafts processed by the Tooth Transformer resulted in significantly more new bone formation compared to heterologous bone in cases of maxillary atrophy. This highlights the potential of dentin as a promising regenerative biomaterial for dental implants.
