Area / Regional Manager - Dental Operations (Multi-Clinic)(US) We are seeking candidates with proven experience in multi-unit dental clinic operations . Candidates with prior experience in managing multiple dental clinic locations and handling P&L responsibilities will be highly preferred. Location Preference Only Noida or nearby-based candidates will be preferred Shift Timing US Shift Hours: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST Work Mode This role requires candidates to work from the Noida office (Sector 90) Candidates should be comfortable working from office until 09:00 PM and completing the remaining hours from home Important Note This is a remote operational management role for overseas dental clinics No physical clinic visits are required as operations will be managed remotely from the Noida office through reporting, coordination, audits, and performance monitoring About the Role We are looking for an experienced Area / Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of 35 dental clinics . This role involves driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring excellent patient experience across all assigned clinics. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee operations across multiple dental clinics within the assigned region Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall clinic performance with full P&L ownership Monitor daily operations including scheduling, patient flow, treatment plan acceptance, and service quality Analyze reports, KPIs, and financial data to identify gaps and improve performance Train, mentor, and develop clinic managers, coordinators, and staff Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and operational protocols Improve patient experience and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns Conduct regular audits related to scheduling, billing, patient care, and compliance Collaborate closely with doctors, clinic managers, and leadership for operational excellence Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing team members Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in multi-unit dental clinic operations (Mandatory) Experience managing 35 clinic locations simultaneously Strong understanding of P&L, revenue management, treatment plan acceptance, and KPIs Proven experience in team leadership and people management Strong Excel, MIS reporting, and operational reporting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in dental chains like Clove Dental, Sabka Dentist, Apollo White Dental, Partha Dental, etc. BDS / MBA in Healthcare Management preferred Experience in process improvement and operational excellence Mandatory Requirement Experience in Dental Clinic Operations is Mandatory Candidates from general hospital operations without direct dental clinic exposure may not be considered.
