Associate Dentist – Forbes Dental Surgery | Forbes, NSW Excellent earning potential | Guaranteed retainer | Flexible start date Forbes Dental Surgery is seeking a motivated dentist to join our busy regional practice. This opportunity would suit an experienced clinician seeking excellent earning potential, or a confident new graduate looking for structured support and exposure to a high-volume private practice environment. We are ideally seeking a dentist available for at least one week per month , although additional days may be available for the right candidate. What we offer: 40% commission structure Guaranteed annual retainer equivalent to $180,000 (full-time basis) Full books supported by an established patient base Flexible start date – immediate commencement available, or within 4–8 weeks Short-term accommodation available on-site, including: Private bedroom Kitchen facilities Laundry Shower amenities Opportunity to work in a high-producing environment, with experienced clinicians commonly collecting $20,000–$30,000+ per week Structured CPD and mentorship program focused on: Communication skills Treatment planning Efficient treatment delivery High-quality patient outcomes About the practice: Five-chair surgery Anthos dental units Cone Beam CT 3D scanner Intraoral cameras in every surgery Patient entertainment TVs being installed Supported by an in-house oral surgeon, general dentists, orthodontic services, adult scope therapist and child therapist Opportunity to work across multiple surgeries depending on availability Only preferred provider clinic of its kind in the region Network of over 15,000 patients Dedicated external call centre actively reactivating patients and maintaining strong appointment books Backed by a dentist-owned network of practices with access to over 30 clinicians About you: AHPRA registered dentist (or eligible for registration) Comfortable working independently Excellent communication skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Own overhead light preferred, although this can be provided if required For clinicians travelling from Sydney, Forbes is an easy drive via Canberra , offering a straightforward and scenic country route.
