This position will require travel amongst designated offices in respective state/territory with occasional travel to our NY headquarters for specified Operations meetings. </span></strong></p>
<h3>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>
<p><strong>The VP of Operations is an executive position responsible for overseeing the operations of an organization. </strong>This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. This position works closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective operations across multiple dental practices within the DSO. This role will involve establishing and maintaining operational standards, optimizing workflow processes, and driving operational excellence. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of high-quality patient care, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. The specific requirements and responsibilities may vary depending on needs and organizational scaling. </p>
