<li>Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.</li>
<li>Answering phones promptly and responding to messages.</li>
<li>Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments.</li>
<li>Entering in new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon).</li>
<li>Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility (PPO/FFS).</li>
<li>Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.</li>
