As a Sr Treatment Coordinator, you’ll support the Studio Manager in running day-to-day operations while keeping our focus on delivering “Dental Done Differently.” This role blends hospitality, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure both our guests and our studio team members feel cared for every step of the way.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Studio Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing routines.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong understanding of insurance, schedule management, and treatment planning to support studio performance.</li>
<li>Partner with the Studio Manager and broader teams (member experience, revenue cycle) to support a seamless guest journey.</li>
<li>Oversee ordering of supplies, including Amazon shipments, and manage studio inventory.</li>
<li>Optimize provider scheduling to balance team efficiency and guest needs.</li>
<li>Drive patient (member) retention through outreach and follow-ups for unscheduled treatment.</li>
<li>Provide warm, consistent hospitality for every guest — whether in-studio, by phone, or by email.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the entire clinical and non-clinical team to ensure high-quality guest and team experiences.</li>
<li>Take initiative to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision.</li>
